So I've been looking for more environmentally friendly dryer sheets. This is about as close is it comes without buying crazy laundry balls.

Anyways... I read the reviews here and was a little skeptical to the strong smell comment. Well, I found these dryer sheets at the local grocery... so I didn't have to buy 960 sheets like you do here! I'll admit, the box smells super strong, but I thought I'd give it a try anyways. I bought the lemon smelling ones. They work great, and the super strong smell is barely even noticeable once your laundry is dry. Strong smell in, light scent out. Myth busted!

First off, let me say that every other Mrs. Meyer's product I have tried has been fantastic. I purchased these thinking that they would give a lovely scent to my laundry. The cabinet in which I store them smells wonderful. However, even using 2 or 3 sheets, I can notice no significant trace of the smell on my laundry after drying. I am disappointed. I have found that when I wash a rag doused with the countertop spray, the whole load has a nice smell.

These are wonderful! The scent is divine and they work beautifully. I buy the case because it's the only fabric sheet I use and am hooked. Actually I'm hooked on All of the Meyers products but thought I would share my thoughts about this one. My clothes just wouldn't be the same without them. If you don't like scented products - then buy unscented - if you want that clean, fresh scent when your clothes come out of the dryer - then give these a try.

I purchased the basil scent at my local grocery store. This products smells great, but they do not work AT ALL for helping with static cling. I am extremely disappointed! If you are looking for something to help with static cling in your laundry, this is NOT the product for you.

I am addicted to Mrs. Meyer's Lavender products, and these dryer sheets are no different. When used in combination with the Lavender detergent, all of my clothes are mildly scented with a very fresh, clean aroma. I use half sheets (they are perforated down the middle) to pack in between my clothes when putting them away for the season and they keep wonderfully until it's time to take them out again. I also use half sheets in my sneakers after going to the gym to keep them from getting raunchy. Plain old straight lavender in other products usually smells a little off to me, but this combination with orange oil is nice, modern and light instead of too sickly sweet and dated. As other reviewers noted they do smell strongly coming out of the box but this fragrance gently dissipates - my clothes are also quite soft. Thanks to Amazon for offering this great line of eco-friendly and effective products!

We used this for several years and loved it until they changed the sheet material. Now it's a total static nightmare. Really disappointed as we use Meyer's for almost everything. Unless they change to something that works, I wouldn't spend a $1 on it now.

I have really enjoyed this product. I was concerned when the box arrived because the scent was almost overpowering, and I have always preferred unscented fabric softener. But I guess the heat of the dryer destroys the scent, because I have never detected any scent on the clothes when they come out. It does a nice job, and I feel good knowing it's safer for the environment than regular dryer sheets, which I have read are very toxic.

These products are just amazing, and this one is no different. They smell great, control static surprisingly well, and are a terrific addition to the laundry.

As many of the other reviewers here have noticed, the box these lavender dryer sheets come in smells incredibly strong. My car smelled great after taking them home, my kitchen smelled great while they sat there until I put them away, and my garage smelled great once I finally put them on the machine. But on the clothes, the smell is faint or even barely noticeable. I don't agree that there is no smell at all, as I notice it each time I open the dryer after a load, but you certainly don't smell it when you are wearing the clothes, which I personally see as a good thing.

At first, I wasn't sure if these worked well, but the thing is, if you have tons of fleece or synthetics in your wash, there's going to be static no matter what dryer sheets you use. If I do have lots of synthetics, I'll throw a couple of them in there. Now that may seem like a waste, and make you wonder why I wrote these are a good value, but what I have found is that I can use these sheets over and over again. You'll be able to get a feel for when they are no good anymore after trying them, but I save them after almost every load, and put one or more back in again and again and again. I've found a box lasts for much longer than you'd expect. So while the initial purchase may be slightly more expensive than conventional dryer sheets, it ends up working out about the same for me.

I am really happy we switched from bounce unscented, which is what we were using, after reading about the nasty things that are in conventional dryer sheets, and after trying a couple different options for natural static control without success, I'm so glad these met and even exceeded by expectations!

I tried Myers's dryer sheets in lavender and lemon formulas and absolutely love them. On a silly side, found myself using lemon for the lighter towels and lavender for dark and blue/purple ones. I tuck one of them in my luggage when I travel and in clothing drawers for an extra fresh scent. Not overwhelming, just fresh and lavender is great for pillowcases, even sliding one inside a case and flipping it over. Tossing in one of each sheet produced a lemon/lavender combo which was rather nice. No irritation on my sensitive skin. Scent(s) aside - did a nice job as a dryer sheet.
