My horse won't let me leave before he gets his cookies...,
This review is from: Mrs Pastures Horse Cookies 35oz (Misc.)
I'll admit that I was drawn to the the look and smell of these -- they look and smell like something humans could eat. However, my horse loves them so much and after our ride, he looks at me with a look of expectation, entitlement and anticipation.
For awhile, I was giving him carrots (which he certainly didn't turn up his nose at)... however, I have gone back to these cookies because they keep for a long time without refrigeration. The resealable container is also very convenient.

My Horse Loves 'Em!,
This review is from: Mrs Pastures Horse Cookies 35oz (Misc.)
My horse loves these treats, as do any of his buddies we've shared them with. What I really like about them is the texture. They have a good crunch and the fibrous texture, which is good for working/cleaning his teeth. Mostly, they are just yummy treats your horse will enjoy! The screwtop plastic jar packaging is very handy, too.

I have three mares two of which are picky eaters. After the first bite they were sold. I would recommend this product for a fun treat.

I have never met a horse that didn't like these treats! Be careful so you don't get mobbed! Theses are also handy because they keep for a long time without refrigeration. The resealable container keeps out mice so you can leave them in your tack trunk. The only negative is the price. They are $9.90 at Dover Saddlery.

My chinchilla's love these cookies. I've bought them other places and they are more expensive then on here so it was nice to get them promptly and without the extra expense. The chinchilla's not only love the cookies but they are great for the chin's teeth. Awesome product!

Created by Louis Pasture, the same guy that invented milk, polio and mold.
These things are better than anything Pepperidge Farms or your momma makes fer cryin out loud. You might break a tooth or two when you first bite into these scrumptious little morsels of apple molasses goodness, but its worth it. And this stuff is cheap too. You can crunch them up and make pie crusts and s__t out of it too. I live off veterinary products, I know what I is talking about cause I like farms and animal husbandry and stuff knowhudahmsayin! Big fan of udder ointment too. Woohoo! |
