The day i got this i was so excited! i set it up in the back yard and waited 3 days for the water to heat up. then i noticed that it was loosing air slowly. my husband mentioned that it might be from the difference in air temperature so i ignored it. there is no way i could have ripped a hole! now a month later it barely stays inflated for a whole day! and i cannot find a hole anywhere.also the heater doesnt work so well at all anymore it just makes the water warm... not hot. im really angry about this because it was very expensive and i feel like i wasted my money.

Horrible product,

Amazingly, some other sites have decent reviews on this product, but the reviews on Amazon are right on. We set up our spa the evening it was delivered. The next morning it had lost air. We refilled it with air 6 times throughout that day. We had to drain it and deflate it to find the small gouge. We set the spa on a concrete slab with a foam pad under it. I'm positive the hole was already there. We refilled the spa, and the heater wouldn't work. After turning it off and on several times, the heater started working. It was fine for about 2 days. It rained a few times, and the spa kept tripping the GFCI plug. We left it off overnight and tried it the next morning. Not only would it still not stay on, but it had lost air again. I checked the GFCI plug closely and found a hairline crack on it. I'm assuming once it rained, the plug got water in it. We hadn't done anything to cause the crack, so I feel we received it in that condition. Even if it didn't have a crack, we probably would have had trouble with the GFCI plug. The owner's manual says it can be "tricky" and you should wrap it in plastic to keep moisture out. Also, you can forget about contacting customer service. The manual talks about the After Sales Service, but never provides a number. The website provides a number, but it's to China. I even tried e-mail and received no response. Your best bet would be to save your money and purchase a REAL spa. Although the spa bubbled great and heated pretty well, it was nothing but a headache. I returned it and got my money back.
