I should have pulled out my ruler before buying this calendar. It is much smaller than I was expecting. Worse is that the pictures are small compared to the calendar part. They are only about 4 3/4 inches tall and 6 inches wide. They are very pretty pictures, but most of what you see when you open the calendar is the 8 1/2 inch tall calendar part, with the little 4 3/4 inch tall picture at the top. Too much calendar to picture ratio for my taste. Most calendars are 50/50 calendar to picture, not 2/1 calendar to picture. I wouldn't have bought this calendar if I'd seen a picture of the opened calendar.
