Album really worth having, February 12, 2003

Mud is another great rock group from Great Britain dated back to 1970's. Mud released these two great albums loaded with outstanding hits, such as Rocket, Blue Moon, In the Mood, Oh Boy, and many others. Although most of the hits were originally performed by another artists Mud still finds new dimension to these evergreens. This compilation of Mud Rock and Mud Rock vol II is really worth having.

MUD ROCK ON, October 26, 2000

This two for one CD is great value and contaains Mud's first two albums from 1974 & 1975. 'Mud Rock' is the better of the two opening with their huge hit 'Rocket' and then merging through a well thought out series of rock n roll oldies. The Mud Medley is also a high point, putting together three of their biggest hits, 'Dyna-Mite', 'The Cat Crept In' & 'Tiger Feet'. 'Mud Rock Vol. 2' is more of the same but unfortunately not as well thought out. However it does contain their Elvis Presley like, 'The Secrets That You Keep', and their number one smash cover of Buddy Holly's 'Oh Boy!'.
