Perfect 150 Country Cell Phone or Tablet A/C Adapter

This is a compact cube adapter for any of 150 countries. It will work in any European country, the UK or Australia. There is a slider on the side to set it for UK--Europe--USA/Australia. There are two USB charging ports on the side. The top one is for a cell phone and the bottom is for tablets. There are three separate sets of plug-in prongs, which will plug into the outlets of whatever country you are in, and all slide into the body of the cube when not in use. On the top are the slots to plug your appliance into.

There are also two indicator lights on the top to show both when this is plugged into an outlet, and when something is plugged into the cube. The finish has a nice hand feel, soft and smooth rather than glossy.

While there may be certain appliances with big bulky plugs that would not fit into this when it is plugged into the wall, since there would not be enough clearance, simply using an inexpensive short extension cord on your appliance, then plugging that into this adaptor, would allow this to work with anything, no matter how large the plug on it.

This is the only adapter you need to bring with you on your world travels. It's a small handy size, and comes with an instruction sheet written in perfect English.

Nice to carry one around if you are a frequent traveller

First of all, this is not a transformer. If you travel to other countries with a different plug configuration, you need to make sure that the device you are plugging to can handle the voltages for that country. If not, you still need a transformer.

This adapter will make sure you can plug your device whether you travel to Asia, Europe, Australia, etc. When I travel to the Philippines, the voltage is 220V and the outlets are normally just two prongs. Most appliances I bring with me has two prongs plus a ground. This adapter give me the flexibility of plugging my device anywhere. I like the cube's ilk rubbery feel although I prefer it to be can make it a bit smaller.

It also comes with two USB slots for phones and tablets. Not a fast charger (1,000 mAH), but convenient enough that you have somewhere to charge your devices anywhere.

Product works good, except when I was charging the iphone directly from the USB port.

I used the product on my recent trip to Spain. It fit well in the wall sockets and did not fall off (I have seen other chargers that tend to slip out). The only complaint I have is that when I plugged in my iPhone 5S directly to the USB port of the charger. While it was plugged in, the iPhone performance reduced drastically. It was slow and was hanging up all the time. It worked fine when I was charging the iPhone with its own charger plugged in.

Angled wrong.

The problem with this adapter is that the female inputs are offset by 90 degrees compared to any and all of the male plugs. This can make it very difficult to plug in your items in certain situations because now the plug going to whatever device you're charging is forced to jut out of the side of the adapter! Other plugs have all the male plugs on one end and the female inputs on the opposite end (180 degree offset), meaning there is far less opportunity for blockage of your charging device.

USB ports make this a great device

I love the addition of the 2 USB posts on an international travel adapter. I used this device without a problem in Paris, London, and on the Eurostar train. It was great to be able to charge an iPhone, and an iPad, and still have a free outlet to plug in something else. I kept it in my backpack to be ready for any situation.

Covers the international scene in adapters !

This is a great adapter for your cell phone, Kindle, camera or ipod. It has 2 USB ports so you can charge two techy products at once and it charges up very quickly. Two blue lights come on when you plug it into the wall so you'll know it's up and ready to work. It has a nice sueded finish to it rather than a glossy black and it feels nice; not too big, so you can easily carry it in your luggage for traveling.

The international plug adapters include US/EU/UK/AU. It's easy to slide the adapter to whichever country plug you need at the moment and this alone is a wonderful plus, it covers about 150 countries. This is a very useful adapter and I think anyone would appreciate this as a gift; the adapter works perfectly and the price is right. Highly recommended for those who travel or dream about traveling.

This adapter turned out to be a waste of money

This adapter turned out to be a waste of money. We bought it for a trip to the UK and Ireland, but the plug would never seem to stay connected. I'd plug it in, attach USB cables, and try to charge my devices. I'd often have to jiggle it a bit to get the devices to start charging, but this wouldn't last. They'd charge for a minute or so, the stop, as the plug again worked its way lose.

In the end, we simply tossed it, as not worth the effort of trying to haul back to the States.
