great for tennis elbow
I actually bought this as a replacement one for a friend who gave me their's when I was suffering tennis elbow. I am still using her's and felt I should buy one to give to her because I have kept the one she gave me for months. I believe it has really helped in repairing my tennis elbow. They say you should just rest--but who wants to stay off the courts for so long...

Uncomfortable and overpriced. Total Dud
I have been battling Tennis Elbow for the last few months. I wanted another strap to leave at the office in case I forgot the one I normally wear and turned to Amazon. I made the mistake of thinking the more expensive it is the better it must be. This strap would only be effective if you put it on and sat around doing nothing in which case...you would never have tennis...

I have been battling Tennis Elbow for the last few months. I wanted another strap to leave at the office in case I forgot the one I normally wear and turned to Amazon. I made the mistake of thinking the more expensive it is the better it must be. This strap would only be effective if you put it on and sat around doing nothing in which case...you would never have tennis elbow. It is poorly made (except the bubble) and is itchy and uncomfortable. You would be better off getting one for half as much. I've ordered another brand and have been happy with it.

I am still using her's and felt I should buy one to give to her because I have kept the one she gave me for months. I believe it has really helped in repairing my tennis elbow. They say you should just rest--but who wants to stay off the courts for so long. This item does help control the pain and I like to think it is working to insure that I am not injuring my tennis elbow and tendons further.
