Have been running for 10+ years and recently started having shin pain bad enough to make me take breaks from running. Wrapping with an Ace bandage has been able to help a little but, but was hoping for a better fix for the problem. With this I honestly don't notice any difference. Measured 14 inches at the widest part of the calf and went with the medium. The compression is not that tight. I can definitely get a better wrap with a plain old ace bandage. Shin pain did not go away with use even when taking a break from running. Was really hoping these would be the fix to this problem, but they're not. Was really hoping to write a positive review. Sorry

This works really well, I've used it for a little more than 30 times and it's still kept it shape. The great thing is that when I first put it on I thought it would feel too constricting, but it wasn't. Fit great, felt great, and it really kept my muscles from cramping up.
