Best cold packs available,

Highly recommended if you are physically active (e.g., a runner), and/or have bad knees/ankles/elbows/back.I've been using these for years, to deal with sore knees, sore backs, bruises, sprains, etc. etc. -- anything that needs an icepack. I used to wear two of them, one around each knee, after a long run, and sometimes a third one around the back. Didn't look elegant, but what a relief it was. The point is that they are easy to use, and very effective. I recommend having a layer of fabric between the pack and your skin (e.g., a tshirt), otherwise you might risk a freezer burn.

Great product for the money. I use it mainly for my knee, but have also used it for my achilles and shoulder. Very handy to just wrap the body part, and be able to do other things while being iced down. It is also very nice not to have to mess with filling up a bag with ice. I have never used it for heat though.

a little pinchy,

I have this for tendonitis in my elbow. It is ok, but not very comfortable. The material is pinchy and scratchy. It is ok for a quick fix, but not for long term issues. If you have chronic pain and need to ice your elbow for weeks or months - keep looking for something more comfortable.

Mostly good,

This product works very well for hips and legs but is very difficult to apply to your arm. It's hard to manage the wrap with one hand. You almost need to get it close then slide it on your arm and adjust. It seems like a minor complaint until you have to apply it several times a day for more than a week. Overall quality is very good.
