I had severe elbow pain while doing tricep and sometimes bicep lifts. This elbow sleeve keeps it warm so your recovery program can proceed a little faster. However, you can't really lift extra weight since it restricts blow flow.

It is recommended for body builders only if you are planning to recover from elbow pain. It will not make all of the pain disappear, but it is helpful.

The sleeve is comfortable and works just as described. It is higher quality than others costing more. Be careful to order a large enough size as the sleeve seems to run a bit small. In general this is an excellent product.

Medium is usually my size for everything. I ordered this in size Medium and it has been a perfect fit. this sleeve is just what I was looking for. I injured my arm awhile back and sometimes I need just a small sleeve to put over it for relief when doing different activities. I went to CVS and they didn't have any of these sleeves, I wish I had looked at amazon sooner. I think Sports Authority may have had it but maybe I missed it.

This was a great price for just what I was looking for. If you have big arms for an adult man than I'd recommend size Large or bigger. This sleeve is still a little tight and my arms aren't that big, but it's comfortable, I wonder how a Large would feel - probably too big.

I have guitarist's elbow (a.k.a tennis elbow) from extensive practice. I started wearing this for support and after practice to help with pain. It worked as I had hoped. It provides the support I need while not limiting mobility. After about six weeks of about four hour a day use, I began to notice that it wasn't fitting as tightly as when new. I ordered another one. When putting on the new one, the difference in tension was easily noticed.
If you are looking for a short term fix, this will work. I am going to look for a longer term fix. The more expensive elbow supports with Velcro fastenings should be more capable to compensate for use without stretching out.

This is a pretty basic neoprene elbow sleeve. It provides warmth and some support, while protecting the elbow. I use this during Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practice sometimes to protect my elbow from mat burns, and it works great. It is a little tighter than I would expect a medium to be, based on buying medium elbow sleeves in the past, so you might want to keep that in mind when ordering. In the future, I can definitely see myself ordering a second one of these.

I suffer from chronic tendonitis in my right arm which radiates distally to the elbow. This sleeve will give you plenty of appendage coverage. The high quality neoprene which is expertly stitched/constructed will give you years of support you need.

BEWARE: These sleeves run smaller than others, when in doubt go with the larger size!! My forearm at the elbow pictured is 11 inches, and my biceps measured 14 inches, both unflexed. I ordered a medium and gave it to my girlfriend as it was too small and uncomfortable. I WILL be ordering a Large since this product is unbeatable, especially at this price!

Size small (7"-10") fits just right on a 9" arm (around elbow) if wearing directly on the arm. Size medium is OK if wearing over a long-sleeve shirt. Good quality and exactly what the doctor recommended.

While I imagine this sleeve would be a good thing, they run way smaller than
you may think. This makes for a very tight (too tight) feel. I got this for
my Sister who is by no means a large woman and found she probably could get
away with an XL but even that was tight. While I realize it's not just supposed
to slide on, you should not have to wrestle with an already tender elbow to get
this on. Again for the right person could be good but it is awefully tricky
getting one of these by mail as one doesn't have to opportunity to try them
on for size and pick the exact size. I would say once you have measured and
decided what size to get just order the size above and it may be OK Good Luck...

I use these as a skid layer under my skating protection gear. They work great at preventing abrasions caused by the protection liner rubbing against elbow skin.
They tend to size a little small in my opinion. Very comfortable to wear even for extended periods of time, and easy to wash. Half the price of the competition, and at least as good.

The product is the same as the description. It's a little bit thicker than i thought, anyway, it is great! It keeps my elbow warm in the room with the strong air conditioner.
