I recently injured my elbow from lifting weights. When I thought my elbow was feeling better, went back to my weight lifting regimen and re-injured it again. Apparently, the elbows with its various tendons and ligaments, takes more time to heal than the usual. While nursing this injury, the pain was pretty much unbearable and even the slightest movement like picking up a cup of coffee proved to be debilitating. After talking to one of the personal trainers in my gym, he suggested I put on an elbow support to facilitate a fast healing. Mind you, shopping around and selecting a good elbow support wasn't that easy in my case. Those fitted ones that came in different sizes are very uncomfortable. Even at the largest size, the fit is very tight and constricting. I obviously needed an adjustable one. After buying and returning a few ones, I ended up with the Mueller Brand which in my opinion is the best one out there right now. The Mueller Adjustable Elbow support has a wrap-around design for comfortable fit and it is made of neoprene material. The liner/edges of this support are nicely made that even if you want to adjust it a little tighter, you will not feel any constriction and limitation in your movements. It locks in that needed warmth to ease your elbow pain. The padding of this support is thick enough to give you that cushioning effect that you need for elbow support. Before settling for the Mueller, I tried the Futuro Infinity adjustable brand, which is nicely made but lacks that thickness you would look in elbow compression and protection. I now use this elbow support every time I work out. It has eased the pain plus it offers support and protection every time I lift heavy weights. Very good overall! Highly recommended!

A minor car accident in 2009 left me with a small tendon tear in my elbow. It's healed, but the scar tissue sometimes still causes pain when lifting heavy objects (like bowling).

At my doctors recommendation, I looked for elbow supports that would provide some limitation on the range of movement.

This one did the trick for me. The adjustable velcro straps allow me to adjust this support as needed during our league.

I used to end our day with major pain in my elbow, needing a hot pad and lots of ibuprofen. Thanks to this support, I'm able to bowl with no regrets!

The neoprene can get a little sweaty if you're in a hot environment, but a simple ace bandage underneath keeps that problem at bay.

I bought this to help recover from tendonitis in my elbow. I play a lot of sand volleyball and I must have hyper extended it at some point. I was having a hard time recovering because I use it so much that I kept inflaming it. I bought this brace which I used only when playing volleyball. It helped my elbow feel a lot more stable. It didn't correct the issue completely, but I felt that when I wore this, my elbow didn't get worse. I began doing rehab with weights to strengthen the ligaments and over time, the issue went away. My only negative issue with the brace was that the gap at the elbow joint along the seams is abrasive and after playing a few matches, my inner elbow region would be pretty raw where the brace was rubbing. The Velcro is very strong and the brace stays in place. I just threw it in the washer after each use and it has held up really well. Overall it is a quality product that I would buy again or recommend to others.

Sadly, the Mueller Elbow Support I have received is not the original version. The one I received is made of a cheap material and much smaller than the one one sees on the advert. I felt cheated. Unfortunately I could not complain because I am now travelling. Thank you for inviting me to comment.

this elbow support helps ease my pain, i can move my arms and i can sleep better because my elbow is not aching anymore

I bought this for tennis elbow. I would get the soreness in the elbow area, some clicking and pain with lateral types of movement. This brace is not very effective. What I found helped a lot was braces / supports which are specifically for tennis elbow versus something like this product which had generic support claims.

My husband injured his elbow at work. I ordered two of the elbow supports and he really likes them. He wears both of them for support to work everyday. The elbow support really helps because he has to do a lot of lifting, the supports keeps him from injuring that same area. Thank you so much and thanks for the quick shipping.

Works well for just about any size person. Smaller stature may want to go over the long sleeve t shirt instead of under.

I assumed this at first but thought I'd try them anyway. Because they are adjustable, they provide little support at the elbow. I purchased them to support my elbows during workouts. No matter how tight you make them, the elbow elastic does not support the elbow. The opening at the antecubital space (you can't see it in the picture because her elbow is not extended) causes pinching in that same area.

I have been wearing this product on both elbows for weight lifting and MMA practices. I has decreased my symptoms and allowed me to perform better substantially. I also have less pain after the practices.I am 43 y/o, and I have had problems with my elbows since I was 16, so I have had many other elbow supports. Now that I washed them once, they have become more comfortable too, to the point I find myself wearing them until I get home. Very happy with this product.
