I purchased this particular item because I wasn't quite sure if I fit a Large or XL size. Tried to use it during a softball game, but it kept slipping loose, no matter how hard I tightened it. I ended up using athletic tape on the top and bottom to keep it in place. It might work well with others, but not with me. Will stick with the other (non-adjustable) type in the future.
