Some cold packs that I have bought are too stiff when in the freezer, and so cold they're painful. Others don't fit most of the waist holders for these packs. Mueller bags are perfect for both - and with plenty of back troubles, it's the main one I now use (I have more than one to always keep one cold). I would have thought they would all be the same, but they're not!

This is a perfect ice pack. I've been using them for over 10 years and really appreciate the "flexible" ice concept. Although it's supposed to be for personal use, I also frequently use them to keep food cold when traveling. My local store doesn't carry them anymore so am very pleased to find on amazon!!You should get this thing, it's great.

These are a must for every mom out there with a little boy. They are reusable and I keep in the freezer at all times. I also use them for nursing old injuries after a workout...knees,ankles, etc....
