Easy to follow recipes,

It was my first attempt to bake muffins and I tried one of the chocolate & nut muffin recipes. The crust turned out a little hard. It could be due to the heat of my oven though i followed the recipe and the fact that i did not sift my flour before measuring. But overall, the muffins are delicious. the inside is moist.
The recipes are easy to follow. I would have given it 5 stars if only there is a section on giving tips on making muffins. I had to surf the Net separately to identify where I went wrong during the process i.e. sifting the flour, put water in an empty muffin tin e.g. I will be making the orange date muffins this coming week. Couldnt wait to taste the result.
