4.0 out of 5 stars Intro to Bollywood, October 7, 2004
This review is from: Mujhse Shaadi Karogi
This was my first Bollywood film. I had been looking forward to seeing one, and it didn't disappoint me. It was like an Indian version of "Meet the Parents". There were a couple of exact ideas that one movie must have ripped off from the other - I don't know which one came first. But, since I loved "Meet the Parents", I loved this film too. I loved all the song and dance numbers and the costumes! My only criticism would be that it was 3 hours long, but apparently that's status quo for Bollywood films. It was a good intro to Bollywood and now I'm ready for my next Bollywood film!

4.0 out of 5 stars Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, November 1, 2005
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Mujhse Shaadi Karogi
The movie 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi' meaning 'Will You Marry Me'is directed by Kadi Ann.This movie is a treat for both romance and comedy lovers. In this movie you get to travel through some

exciting places in cool countries.

The main actors in this movie are Priyanka Chopra,Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar. Both Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar are fighting for Priyanka Chopra. The love and jealousy takes place when both of them come to know Priyanka Chopra. To me their strength is in their acting skill. They have a very close relationship in the movie.Find out what happens in the end when you watch this movie.

The story of 'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi'is really enjoyable, thrilling and interesting. The story seems believeable and can happen in real life. The setting of the film was suitable. The actors potrayed the characters very well and the characters were believeable.

This is a movie not to be missed. If you want to catch another movie by Priyanka Chopra the movie 'Krrish'is on its way.I was lucky to meet her at the zoo.'Mujhse Shaadi Karogi'is now screening at all cinemas in Singapore.

The length of the movie is 2hours and 24minutes.You don't have to worry as the timing is good enough. It is given the rating Parental Guidance(PG).

Overall,I would give this movie a score of nine out of ten.It is my most favourite movie.I reccomend all of you out there to watch this movie.

1.0 out of 5 stars cheezy comedy, June 18, 2006
By
This review is from: Mujhse Shaadi Karogi
I LOVE bollywood movies, comedy movies and sometimes the comedy in bollywood movies. However I thought this one stunk. The dance sequences are one of my favorite parts in a bollywood movie and those in this flick generally lacked any good moves, costumes or music. Also, even though bollywood characters are mostly based on stereotypes and I'm o.k. with that, I found the characters in this movie to be mean-spirited, unromantic, and goofy in a bad way. I haven't even finished watching it. For perspective, since others seem to like this movie, my favorites so far are "Straight From The Heart" , "Dhaai Akshar Prem Ke" and "Lagaan"
