This costume is very original, and has an elastic bottom so it stretches to fit. The lobster claws are the cutest part. They attach to the hands so whenever the baby is waving its arms, it looks like they are waving their claws! Word of caution: this costume is made of a shiny slippery fabric and may not be ideal for infants that you plan to hold in your arms. Also, be aware that your little one will need to wear a red or orange outfit underneath. The tights are not included in the costume.

Put the little guy in a pot to carry him around and he was a hit.

This is a really cute costume. My 18 month old wore it and it fit well and held up to a night of carnival fun. She wore it with a red long sleeve shirt and red leggings.

This costume is simply adorable! My son was 4 1/2 months old when he wore this for Halloween this year. He wore a thin red p.j. underneath the lobster costume to complete the look, otherwise his legs and arms would have been bare. It was easy to put on him, and the costume fits similar to a layette. Ribbons on the end of the lobsters arms can be tied onto your babies wrist so when they move their arms, the lobster arms move with them. It wasn't too heavy of a material, too, so I didn't have to worry too much about him overheating. The hat was a little big for his head, so it slid around a little. I washed the outfit and it held up just fine. The legs on the outfit itself have a positionable wire inside of them, so you can bend them in any position you like. I would definitely recommend this costume for a baby's first Halloween!

we absolutely loved this costume..our son wasn't quite 3 months old and it fit him great..he loved to play with the antennae! the fabric can be a little slippery, but we carried him around in a pot most of the time. i was happy with the colors and make and thought the elastic bands on his wrists were great..everytime he moved his hands he looked like he was waving! only thing i would have liked to be different is it coming with a red bodysuit. but other than that it was a great costume!

I thought the costume was too cute for words. My only disappointment was that it didn't come with anything underneath like the picture showed, so I had a hard time finding something that matched to go underneath.

I put this costume on my 4 month old baby this Halloween and it was a huge hit! It was a little big for him, but it was so cute that it didn't matter. I wore a chef costume and carried him in a big pot, and everyone loved it. The only thing you should know is that it doesnt come with anything underneath, so you would need an orange or red bodysuit.

I bought this costume from In Fashion Kids. I ordered it on a Wednesday around 3pm and received it that Saturday. Very fast shipping. My son is 11 months and about 25lbs. The costume just fits him but that's fine I expected that. I did order a red onsie sleeper to put under it. This is sleeveless - the lobster arms attach by an elastic band, making this outfit sleeveless. Also, the bottom of the costume doesn't have a place for legs (it's elastic at the bottom as well), it's made like a layette. This is the cutest darn costume!! I haven't washed it yet but due to the wiring (tenacles), I will wash it by hand. It's made decent for the money. I would order this again. And I would purchase from In Fashion Kids again.

the costume is nice and very cute. However, you must buy tights and a shirt to go under it and that isn't clear in description.

Halloween costumes are generally made with cheap fabric. I'll get that out of the way--this is no different. It's cheap satiny fabric with wired antenna. That said, it's remarkably sturdy for what it is. It survived three nights of a squirmy six month old without showing any wear.

Plus, any babe will be absolutely adorable in this outfit.
