Cuts herbs quick and easy!
I wasn't sure how well the herb scissors would work, but they did a great job. The scissors cut the mint and basil pieces very fast and were the perfect size for the dish that I made.

Herbal scissors
This cute little pair of scissors does a really fine job of cutting all herbs that you may want to use in salads or recipes. i highly recommend it!

My daughter gave me this herb-cutting scissors for Christmas. It is terrific.
I wonder why no one thought of this before. It is simple to use, works great and is easy to clean. Makes a great gift for anyone who cooks with herbs.

My stepfather loves to cook...in fact Saturday and Sunday he wakes up in the morning and searches for new recipes to make for dinner on those nights. He's a man that has mostly everything that he wants but when I saw this item, I just knew that he had to have them.
When he opened his gift, he called me up to thank me in his own way by saying "You are a f***ing GENIUS!!!" So, he loved them in other words!

You need to use power to cut the green onions. Other herbs like parsley are easier to cut as long as all you need are very small quantities. If you need to cut larger quantities, develop muscles. Cut the herbs when they are dry, if wet they stick between the blades.

got this for a gift so i haven't used it but it looks like it will work very well for mincing herbs - will post again when i hear how it works!
