I have used this product to irrigate ulcers and wounds on my legs. The spray is strong enough to do a good job of cleansing the wounds without damaging healthy tissues. I also irrigate my nasal passages daily using the special nasal attachment that is included in the kit. This is effective in helping to control my asthma and to use the nasal mask of my bi-pap machine by keeping my nasal passages clear.

I use a neti pot daily (sinusitus + pregnancy + dry heat = constant problems). I find this perfect to stick in my purse and use where and when ever I need! Highly recommend!

This works great. I use a neti pot most of the time, this is good when you're in a hurry.

I got one can that didn't work, but Amazon replaced it for me. And no other problems.

WARNING: Do NOT buy this or ANY products from this seller: "lovesamandlibby". They will not send your order if they even exist. GO with amazon only.
