multipurpose saline spray
I have used this product to irrigate ulcers and wounds on my legs. The spray is strong enough to do a good job of cleansing the wounds without damaging healthy tissues. I also irrigate my nasal passages daily using the special nasal attachment that is included in the kit. don't waste money
don't buy this product don't waste money.the fist time i bought this product is 12/22/10 i just use this product 5 times the pump that you press the stream out it broke it doesn't work. okay fine! i bought this product again on 1/24/2011 at amazon.com this time i use 7 times and the pump it broke again. ??? i will never buy this product again.

I use a neti pot daily (sinusitus + pregnancy + dry heat = constant problems). I find this perfect to stick in my purse and use where and when ever I need! Highly recommend!

This works great. I use a neti pot most of the time, this is good when you're in a hurry.
I got one can that didn't work, but Amazon replaced it for me. And no other problems. WARNING: Do NOT buy this or ANY products from this seller: "lovesamandlibby". They will not send your order if they even exist. GO with amazon only.
