On the issue of just how beneficial such dietary supplements Multi-vitamin Multi-mineral Compare to Centrum Silver® Multivitamin Multimineral with Beta Carotene Especially for Adults 50 Plus - 365 Tablets #2914 are for one's good health I cannot comment. For that matter there seems to be little clear guidance on this subject.
That said, I found this product to be very good value in terms of cost compared with similar products. Perhaps the psychological value of receiving benefit from the product is the real factor in improving one's well being. Finally, I can say I am very satisfied with my purchase at the price I paid.
