This boonie is well made and a great fit except that I believe the size of the hat is made a little smaller than the size you might wear. So if you order a size based off your issued patrol cap (at least in the Army), you might want to order a 1/4 size larger.

This is a great hat for the price. I highly recommend not to dry it, but to hang dry it. I got the 7.5 and it is a tad bit small for me, so I took it in the shower wore it in the shower so it could stretch out. It stretched out and it is a perfect fit. Highly recommend.

This hat is super sturdy like you would not believe. true milspec construction. Great buy for the price!!

Great hat my only suggestion is if you are inbetween sizes go with the bigger size I saw other reviews that said the same thing and I didnt listen so now I can't wear this hat flat on my head I have to tilt it to fit and tighten the chin strap til it hopefully stretches out a little bit.

The multi-cam camo pattern was accurate to the shirt and trousers that I had purchased earlier. I was not sure of my hat size so I used the provided sizing chart,the hat was just slighty tight but I am sure will stretch to fit over time. The cost of this hat was extremely reasonable considering its excellent constuction. I would strongly recommend this hat to hunters and fisherman.

My teenage son is happy with his new boonie hat. I ordered a size larger and it just about fits, so the sizing runs a bit small. Other than that, it's a great hat to wear while cutting the yard, etc.

Boonie Hat, I bought one size large and fit's great. I use it on every kayaking trip and worth the money. Love it! Gives enough shade and light weight.
I also use at the shooting range. Price is right. can't go wrong with this cool hat.

If you served in the military you are very aware of the quality of this hat. I brought mine for a hiking trip on the AT. I wanted something that would give shade from the sun and the 360 brim is good for the rain. The sizing chart is true to life and my hat fits well.

I recieved this hat today, I ordered it yestercday and man o man was that fast delivery! the multicam looks great and is a well constructed boonie. WHAT EVER YOU HEAD SIZE IS GET ONE SIZE LARGER! just like the rest of the reviews say, the does have smaller sizes from what your head size really is, so go one size larger. over all great snug fit, the camoflage looks very good, the brim is a nice medium size. overall I would recommend.

This boonie hat has exceeded my expectations, but be warned that the multicam pattern isn't exactly what is pictured. It didn't bother me at all but if you want to see the exact color go to Propper's website and search for "boonie".
