This scale works very well. One of the convenient features is that I can put an empty plate on the scale before I turn it on and when the scale is turned on it sets at zero. I use the scale to weigh my food and it appears to be accurate. Certainly it is repeatable.

I really like it, the only drawback is that the oz/gram switch is on the bottom. It has a very large bowl that sits securely to the top. I used 8 oz water to check the measurement and it was spot-on. The screen is very clear and time-out doesn't occur for a full minute. Very happy with my purchase so far.

This does exactly what I want it to. The tare button is great. The first one I received didn't work, but the seller replaced it promptly, and my new one works fine.

firstly, this is made of some of the cheapest plastic i've seen! it feels cheap, it looks cheap, and it makes my kitchen looks cheap. The worst part about it is even though its a scale, it can't seem even weigh anything accuratley or consistently. If you put the same thing on this scale 5 times, you're going to get 5 different weights every time. I can't recommend this at all. save your money.

I had this for about a week before it started spitting out completely wrong readouts! also, the most dissapointing aspect of this scale is how "cheap" the scale feels, especially all the plastic parts which seems very flimsy and questionable at best.

I bought this scale several months ago and I am so pleased with it. I use it all the time. It is very accurate and can be used with or without the bowl. I checked its accuracy against produce items that I bought at the grocery store, comparing it to the weight on the store receipt; it was exact! Wish I bought this sooner.

I received this scale from the seller quickly. It appeared well packaged. It worked well the first couple times I used it. The trouble is that after only a few weeks of use, the sensitivity has deteriorated. For example, my bread recipe calls for 10 grams of salt and 500 grams of flour. I measure 500 grams of flour, then add salt. The readout doesn't move. I add more salt. The readout doesn't move. I add more salt. The readout jumps to 552 grams. I remove some salt. It jumps down to 525 grams. I remove a pinch more salt. It jumps to 497 grams. I take the bowl off the scale, let the scale zero itself, put the bowl back on with exactly the same contents. It reads 575 grams. I take it off again, replace it again. It reads 501 grams. I jiggle it lightly to let it settle. It reads 515 grams. I jiggle it again. It reads 530 grams. My conclusion: if you need a scale that can reliably detect differences in weight as small as a couple grams (not unusual in small recipes), this thing is useless.

Great scale for price.
Like tha fact that it is sensitive down to 1 gram (can use as postal scale)but can go up to 5 Kg.
Also really nice that you can tare/zero out scale after container or bowl it came with is placed on or in between ingedients as well as beeing able to switch between metric and american measurments.
Basically everything in the description this scale does so far without any problems.

I Purchased this scale, which came promptly. Unfortunately the scale was damaged. I sent the seller an e-mail (On 4th of July weekend), immediately after I sent the e-mail I got a response back!!..They said that they would ship one out immediately. I couldnt believe what I read. So I wrote back and with no questions asked they offered to send me a new one!!..I received it 3 days after..That is what I call EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!..The new scale works great. I use it every day!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

The battery compartment is defective on the scale. The batteries shift and do not stay in place, even in a closed compartment on a flat surface. This breaks the circuit and the scale does not work consistently. It flashes, turns itself off, or simply does not turn on in the first place.
