From Library Journal
The first half of Peck's book discusses multimedia concepts, how to develop a project, selecting hardware and software and media preparation: graphic, sound, video, and animation. The second half of the book discusses authoring the actual piece and walks the reader through some hands-on exercises doing multimedia design with Macromedia's Director, Adobe's Persuasion, and others. The disc includes mPower and other applications and macros. This is an excellent practical follow-up to Graham's interactivity book reviewed above.
