MultiPet Happy Hut for Birds

My green cheek conure was already used to having a cloth tent to sleep in because his breeder uses them. I have the medium size happy huts. 2 green and 1 grey happy huts that I rotate in and out of his cages. He sleeps in them, sits on top of them, and snuggles up next to them. I will never forget the first time I tried to take it out of his cage to swap it for a clean one. He scrambled up the cage and climbed on top of the hut then hanging by one hanger. Poor thing thought it was going away for good I think. He no longer worries about that.

Very nice product! I bought 2 of these from PetFoodDirect, and received them very quickly. Being I have zebra finches, I bought the smallest size. You can also get a larger size in medium/large.. They come in a variety of colors. I have a yellow, and blue one. The hut is really soft and fuzzy and has an opening on each end. Easily attaches to the top or side of the cage.. Anyway, to make a long story short.. I just put one of them in my birds cage last night and by this morning they are already laying inside of it. Highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a cozy hideaway for their feathered friends.. :)

This is the only sleep tent I will purchase for my birds. It's soft and cozy for them and I have a few birds that look for their cozy at the end of the day. They are long lasting and I can put them in the washer and dryer with no problem. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed because the picture they showed was of a bird my size, but when I got the product, it is too small for my conure parrot and he won't use it

If I could give this product a minus star, I would. This product could not be more dangerous for birds. This morning as I got ready for work, I heard both my birds screaming. Both have the happy huts. One was now hanging upside down by her neck, caught in a loose thread from her brand new happy hut that she had chewed on for only a short while. I managed to cut her loose, got bit good, but at least she is alive. Not everyone has been so lucky. I did research today and found at least 20 stories about birds dying by strangulation and amputation ( actually chewing their foot/toe off because they are stuck). If you're worried about your bird getting chilled, cover their cage with a blanket. DO NOT buy this product if you love your pet.
