a silly little toy,

The wiggly giggly ball is cute and makes cute noises - I originally bought one at a baby store for my then-2 year old son, but my basset hound quickly took ownership of it (she enjoyed it more anyway). One word of caution is that it is not a chewy ball - if the dog has a desire to chew on it then it will be history in no time. We are on our third wiggly ball for that reason - but still love them!

My lab, now 8, is nearly blind (SARS) but loves playing fetch. Unfortunately, although she could hear the ball land, she'd often lose it with all the other exciting smells. So I gave this ball a try. True, the thing is not at all durable. I make sure to take it from her and keep the game going then put it away when we're finished. The ball will be finished otherwise - she has managed to extract one of the metal giggle pieces after just a few plays. But overall, it's a good solution if your dog has trouble seeing. If s/he is a chewer, be sure and manage the activities!

Best money I ever spent,

There are two types of giggly balls. We have the orange one in the picture, the surface is hard. the green one is soft and pliable. The green one can be chewed up and destroyed. The orange one we bought last christmas for our mini-pin and it has DELIGHTED her for almost a solid year. She loves it. Our ears hurt though from her barking at it. I would buy another one but she doesn't really need two.

Good Toy,

This is a cute toy, but isn't durable for a lab puppy. My puppy, who is 1 years old, chewed up this toy during the week that i got it in the mail. The plastic covering seems hard, toy is very cute, and attracts a dog's attention, but i think that you might need a sturdier toy for a dog who loves to chew and play!

I purchased this toy for my pug. Several people raved about how much their dogs enjoyed playing with the ball. It does not make the giggly sounds very easily. We basically just roll it around on the floor and once or twice during play it makes a sound. This is the same outside or inside. The type of flooring doesn't seem to effect it much. This may be great for a bigger dog. Just not my dog.

I think the ball is unique and funny but I have a 2 lb Chihuahua and it was just to big for her to play with. Would be a perfect toy for a dog that weighs 15+.

My blind dog loves this product, but unless it's couched inside a large 'ferret ball,' his teeth destroy it within just a few minutes. Make Wiggly Giggly a more hard and less 'squeezable' product and it will deserve a 5-star rating!

This ball gets lots of interactive play at our house. We try to keep at least one available at all times for retrieving. Our Westie absolutley loves this ball. It is definitley made to be an interactive toy. Dogs have a tendancy to chew this toy into pieces, so be careful about leaving the ball out unless playing with your pet.
