I've read This book so much its all worn.. so I am getting a new copy! Monica Reynolds writes from the point of view of BOTH a realtor AND an assistant, provides and invaluable wealth of information into this little paper back that has given me the confidence to take my Real Estate Busines to the next level!

Great book in its day. Needs to be updated to the computer and internet age.

Monica Reynolds speaks from experience. Having been a Realtor and in the filed for many years she knows the ins and outs of this business. Spending time with Walter Sanford just took her professional approach one step further. You may have to tweak some of the forms to fit your area and wht is required by your company or the Department of Real Estate but on a whole she is right on the money. If you are new to this business and are at a point where you need to hire an assistant this should be your bible.
