Product arrived quickly and the instructional cards and carrying case are great. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be as firm as the ring I use at the gym. I would say it is great for upper body but just ok for lower body workouts.

Getting a little bored with your workout? Tired of the same old thing? If so, you need to try the Multitoner Pilates Ring. It offers a great alternative to a boring workout. The Multitoner Pilates Ring comes with its own carry bag and a ring-bound board book of instructional cards.

The Multitoner is convenient, and very portable. Take it to the office for a quick upper body workout during your breaks. Set it by the TV to workout while watching your favorite show. Take it to the gym, on business trips, or on vacation-it is small enough to fit easily into your suitcase. It is like a tiny resistance gym in a convenient carry bag. And, as an added bonus, you have the option to choose from two different resistance levels depending on which side you choose to use.

The Multitoner is fast and fun, and produces results when used consistently. I'd never used a pilates ring before, and found that I really enjoyed using the Multitoner Pilates Ring for quick workouts.

If your going to buy it get it elsewhere its a great product, but this seller doesnt send the cards with it! So just buy it elsewhere and your fine.
