6-in-1 Multitool Carabiner with Compass, LED Flashlight (Torch), and Knife

The one star review is for the product itself. The compass has multiple air bubbles in it making it unusable. Despite trying, I was NEVER able to get an accurate compass reading.

The light does not work at all.

Is there any quality assurance for this product?

Now on to the delivery from Stanley London.

The white cardboard box that it came in is dirty and used. There are no instructions at all about how to use the product. Nothing. No indication about what batteries it takes or instructions about how to turn the light on. I can only assume that it turns on if you rotate it all the way because there would be no other way to turn it on.

The product deserves one star. The delivery deserves one star. All in all a very poor experience. I would not recommend this product to anyone. If I can't return it to the seller, then I will throw it out. Good money down the drain.

Update:
I contacted the company and they said they would send something so that I could get a replacement or refund. They never sent it.

Its a good item. Compass works pretty well for general uses; mine has a bubble on top that I believe escaped from underneath the compass. Blade is sharp and has a very fine point. LED is surprisingly bright and I don't recommend looking into it. Carabiner is a bit smaller than I had hoped. Price, bubble and size still only account for the loss of a single star. I recommend this product.

Bubbles in small compasses are always an issue. This is a sturdy and useful piece of equipment to carry around. I use it as a key chain and a flashlight. After a year the flashlight is dead, but everything else still works. I don't regret spending thirty dollars on this tool which was my only tool in many situations.
