I have a Summer Infant contoured changing pad and a cloth cover, after the first few accidents, I started putting the Munchkin pads on top. The multi-use pads are large enough to cover most of the changing pad; covers about 3/4 of the length and most of the width. Since I started using the Munchkin pads no more accidents, the paper absorbs all the liquid quickly before it got on the cloth pad cover. My baby has spit up while being changed and the multi-use pads caught that quickly as well. Since the muli-use pads are soft and cloth feeling, they are perfect to use when you have to use the travel changing pad, throw the multi-use pad on top, quick, easy clean up and feels nice too.
Since the multi-use pads have a nice leaf pattern and are so asorbent, I found myself using them throughout the house on areas that have liquid spilled on them or just general messes, such as a placemat on the highchair table. The mess is absobed and you can just throw the pad away when it gets too dirty, depending on the mess, you can re-use a few times.
Just an FYI, these are not huge, just enough to cover your kids head and butt for a quick change. If you want a bigger version of this you should go here: http://www.amazon.com/Munchkin-Disposable-Changing-Pad-Pack/dp/B002KCMSPQ/ref=pd_bxgy_ba_text_b
These have fewer but are about double the size. Personally, I prefer the smaller ones.
I more recently started using them in my eldests car seat as she went through potty training. They work well to cover most of the seat and are long enough to pull up around the crotch strap and wide enough to keep big accidents contained...they've saved the seat LOADS of times!

These were ok for a changing table I always used my pad anyway. Ended up being a waste of money and I still have them taking up space in his drawer.Published on April 26, 2012 by sisco
