This mixer is absolutely horrible. It's very hard to turn on and you have to press very hard to do so. Also, the battery cover at the top of the mixer slides off when you press the on/off button. This is due to the amount of force you have to apply to turn the unit on. To get the mixer working (without the hand cramps) I had to use a screwdriver to adjust the metal connector inside the battery compartment so that I or my wife don't have to press so hard. However, in doing so I have to take the battery cover off just for the mixer to stop. I shouldn't have to re-engineer the product to get efficient use of it. This is a very poor design. Avoid at all cost!

I have 2 children under 2. I use and rely on many Munchkin products that are reliable and sturdy. This is NOT one of them. I began using the Munchkin mixer a little over 2 years ago with my oldest daughter. It broke within a month. I ended up finding a Prince Lionheart brand one that has lasted me a year and a half. It just broke, and I had trouble finding another. I bought another Munchkin mixer in the meantime. This one didn't even last 3 weeks. Water gets up in the motor and the battery compartment & rusts. The button for mixing is on the top, hard to push and doesn't mix bottles well. I ended up buying another Prince Lionheart model and will never go back. Please don't waste your money on this product.

This confirms the other reviews that the mixer will stop working after one month use, very poor quality control. Don't buy it.

I went with this mixer because my sister says its "great". I should of trusted the reviews here cause it sucks. It is very difficult to hold down the button and keep it constantly mixing (in fact it was painful). The button is attached to the top battery lid which keeps sliding off constantly. The mixer itself is extremely weak to the point of being useless. I will try to see if I can return it.

This mixer worked for a few months with no problems and then one day it just stopped. We went back to babies'r'us and got a replacement and that one worked for about a few weeks and then started to die. I would not recommend this mixer for anyone. We are now back to shaking formula until we find something better.

This is fine for regular milk formula. However, if you need to add thickener to your baby milk, then this mixer is not powerful enough.

I don't like this formula mixer because:
1) It's very hard to put it to work. The ON switch needs to be pushed very hard, so it's difficult to use it with just one hand.

2) It leaves lumps because it has not so much power to mix the formula well enought.

I prefer to use this one: Formula Mixer because it's powerfull enought to dissove all the lumps and it's easy to turn it ON/OFF. The only problem with this one is that from time to time I have problems with the mixer wand getting loose.

I bought this because my daughter has reflux and spits up and this was the best tool for mixing out all of the clumps in the Similac RS formula. It worked great for a month, however now the button on the top stopped working; even after replacing the batteries. Kind of bummed out. I guess I'll try the Prince Lionheart brand one or look for latte frother.

Bought this thinking it would make my life easier. But it was a waste of money. The battery connectors dont work well so either its hard to turn the thing on...or impossible to turn it off. sometimes when it's just sitting there in the cupboard it will have a spasm and turn on and off by itself. I wish I hadnt bought it.

This little hand mixer is awesome. Its cheap, it mixes the powder formula up quickly.. no shaking and getting formula in the nipples of your bottles. I havent had any issues with mine.. it works fine. I replace the batteries when it starts running a little low - but thats with anything! Its a great product for the price. Gets the job done! And its portable for easy travel! Great product!
