If it worked, I think it would have been an amazing product.

I have to put all my weight on the one finger and then this thing vibrates so hard that it makes too much noise!

I replaced the batteries, turned it on and could hear the motor running, but there was no vibration.

Vine Customer Review of Free Product ( What's this? )
We have a 3 month old daughter. Overall she sleeps very well, but we've struggled getting her down for naps during the day (she tosses and turns). So we jumped at the chance to try one of these out.

The pad comes with 4 AA batteries. You insert them into the built-in battery pack that tucks away inside the unit and is secured by velcro.

You slip the pad under the crib mattress with the small end hanging out. There is a power button on the end - press once for moderate vibrating, press twice for stronger vibrating, and press again to turn off.

The only issue we've had is that the button does not always register our press. We have to fiddle with it somewhat to get it to turn on. We may just have a slight defect in ours. It's not bad enough to warrant a replacement (yet).

The unit stays on for 30 minutes and then shuts off automatically. This is a nice battery saving feature.

I had my doubts about how much this could actually vibrate. This pad has a very STRONG vibration! It literally vibrates the whole mattress and you can even feel it shooting down through the floors. It's not too strong - it's just the right amount of vibration (we use the lowest setting).

Our newborn loves it! We swaddle her up and lay her down on the mattress and she's asleep in minutes. We used to have to rock her to sleep or walk the floors with her until she fell asleep. Now with the vibrating pad we lay her down and she's asleep very quickly.

It really is a very handy tool for those babies that love vibration (most babies I know). Totally worth the money!

It is worth every cent. My son would only sleep in his swing or pack n play which vibrate. He slept all night in his crib the first time we put it in his crib. It's a wonderful product. Recommend this to any new mom.

Big fan of the Lulla-Vibe! My newborn loves to be rocked or bounced to sleep. But as soon as we put him in the crib he realizes we aren't holding him anymore and wakes up. I was going crazy because it would take me 30 min-to an hour to get him deep asleep for his nap then the second I put him in the crib i'd have to start over again. Then a few weeks ago I got the Lulla as a gift from a friend of mine. Now I turn the Lulla on a few minutes before i put him in. This helps him get used to the vibration sound and the crib is already vibrating when he hits the mattress.

The vibration is just enough for him to think I'm still rocking or patting him. He wiggles around then he's usually out! AMAZING! He likes it so much i find myself hitting the button again when it's done or about to go out (you can hear it starts fading out just before it does an auto shutoff at like 30 min.)

I saw a few people thinking they had defective ones? You have to hold the button down for a few sec then it turns on low, push again for stronger, and again to shut back off.

Easy to put in, use, and really helps make nap time easier on me. It was a great gift and now i would get it as a gift for others. Only suggestion i have - my crib mattress sits on a metal framing and the vibration sometimes bounces off the metal, making a louder noise. My baby doesn't seem to mind but it can be loud on my baby monitor so i wiggle it around a little when that happens and I stuffed a burping cloth underneath it, folded a few times, to add extra layer between the Lulla and the frame. If that's my only prob with this, I'll take it! Sweet dreams!!!!!

I would really like this product more if it offered a plug into the wall and stayed on all night.

As others have stated, this thing is loud. It's not loud in and of itself, but loud when put under a crib mattress. It really rattles the crib and not in a soothing way.

This was and IS an absolute life saver. When the baby is fussy there is nothing like this to put the little munchkins to sleep..
Heck I could use one for myself...

For $20 you can't really go wrong with this if you have a baby that responds well to rumbling. We have had sleep issues with our son, and this thing really does help soothe him to sleep. Last night, for example, he woke up at 2:30 a.m. and started fussing. I went in his room and turned this on and he instantly rolled over and went back to sleep. It is not something that we use nightly though. We just use it to help lull him if he is semi-awake and can't get there on his own. People have complained about battery usage, and we haven't hit that issue yet, but if this is something you use all the time you can just use rechargeables. I will say that it is really loud and makes the entire living room vibrate slightly since my son's room is above it. As long as he is sleeping, we don't care, plus the sound might be part of why this is so soothing, but this could be a problem if you live in an apartment or if you are really sensitive.

Broke after two uses. No longer vibrates, changed batteries, still didn't work.
