the desciption on amazon says microwave safe but when the package arrived, it clarly said do NOT microwave. i sent them back b/c i got them to use in the microwave.

I bought these on a whim after chucking all of my corning ware and melamine plates after one too many shatter incidents. I was looking for something nice, and at least matching, when I came across these.

These are so cute, and perfect for little kids. They are on the small side but they work great for us and I think the size is perfect for a bowl of cereal or a snack. I love the wavy sides. My kids are 5, 4 and 2. The sizes work for all of them. I bought 2 sets of the 5-pack bowls and 2 sets of the 5-pack plates. I love the color and they are very substantial looking, not cheesy at all. The fish design is too cute, and the colors are vibrant and cute (but the reason I bought 2 sets of each is because the 4 and 5 year old will fight over a color. the 2yo doesn't care.. yet.)

I did find them over a dollar cheaper per set at my local dept store.

I bought these when my baby started eating cereal, and they are perfect! Besides loving the colors, they are just the right size for mixing foods or serving my homemade food from. I love that they are BPA free, dishwasher safe (top rack only), and microwavable! I eventually bought another set because they are so handy!

Just bought these for $2.99 in-store at Target. The Munchkin 6 Pack Soft-Tip Infant Spoon, Colors May Vary are also cheaper, just $2.79 at my Target. The bowls look very cute and have nice little designs in them. They are a good match for those Munchkin spoons, because the spoons tend to fall out of shallower baby bowls when you set them down. These bowls are small enough for baby food, but large enough that I imagine we'll be using them for snack time for years to come.

I had these bowls in my Amazon cart with a few other items and I planned on coming back later to complete the purchase. In the meantime, I ran to a large retail location (BigBoxMart) for some formula and found these exact bowls for $2.88 there. I was glad I didn't complete my Amazon purchase. I don't mind paying a few cents more if it means it is shipped right to my door, but this is almost double the cost.

The bowls are great! Pretty big for a first time cereal eater, but they'll grow into them quickly!

Addressing other complaints: they're FINE in the microwave. I've never had any problems with that, so I'm not sure what the big deal is. I only heat for about 20 seconds anyway. Second, they're fine on the top rack of the dishwasher- just sit them between the prongs -- I've never had them flip over and fill with water. Third -- the "wavy" shape is quite convenient, actually; it's easier to hold on one side without inadvertently sticking your hand in the food! These are so durable and functional, and I'm happy they'll last for a long time. Convenient stacking is also a plus, and it's nice that there are other Munkchin items with matching styles. I've ordered the rubber-rimmd toddler plays and 5-pack cups as well. Nice!

We use these simple bowls every day and our kids love the colors. While many of the adult plates and bowls have been destroyed falling off a table, these haven't even received a scratch.

We have the Munchkin spoons, plates, bowls and cups (not quite ready for those yet though). They are all brightly colored and our little one loves to eat with them. Well made and sturdy for the many runs in the dishwasher. Unlike some others we tried, none of these products will stain with food (pureed carrots etc. often made other things permanently orange) Highly recommended.

I love these little bowls. First of all they are cute and really practicle. They are a good size for babyfood. The bowls wash up nicely in the dishwasher. I have also used these in the microwave and they work just fine. I would highly recommend these bowls to anyone with little kids or babies.

These work fine. Never had any problems with them. They seem to be holding up well in the dishwasher.

My only complaint is they aren't flat on top, so it is difficult to store things in. Quite often I will set a small plate over the lid of a bowl and put it in the fridge - you can't do that with these.

Great other than that!
