The Value of a Fully-Forged Knife

I have LOTS of knives. . . expensive knives. . . .and I purchased these for a house warming gift for a friend. . .and ended up ordering some for myself as well! I tend to grab them first now too! Not sure if it's their color or the actual feel in my hand (very weighty and substantial)that makes me want to use them more than my Wuesthoff or Mercer knives. . .at any rate, I really like them. And so does the recipient of the housewarming gift!I have several of their knives now. . .not just the carving set! Definitely recommend them.
