As soon as I got out of the movie theatre, I immediately went to the store and picked up my copy of the soundtrack. I was so impressed with what they used for the movie, especially considering they were working all from old music. I had heard this before the movie, and was afraid that the soundtrack would just be annoying background noise, but it was great! The music is terrrific as is, and having seen the movie, I now cannot listen to the soundtrack without recalling specific sceenes, all of which were really cool. So see the movie, and buy the cd... Muppets rule the World!

This is one of my favorite soundtracks ever, because it's just so darned fun! Collected here is some of the best funk music around. A real highlight is the duet with George Clinton and Pepe! But don't get me wrong, the Muppets themselves only appear on 3 songs, the rest are preformed by humans. The only track I don't listen to is the last one, a remix of the classic Gonzo song, "I'm Going To Go Back There Someday". Why they felt the need to remix this song I'll never understand, but at least it's at the end and eaisly skipped over. I play this soundtrack when I workout and it never fails to get me through it with a smile on my face. I've even played it at a party once and not only did it get everyone dancing, but no one could believe it was a Muppet soundtrack! I thnk a few even bought themselves a copy.

This is a perfect CD for any age and especially if you're ready to have a funky good time! Buy it now.

I bought this for my four-year-old son who loved the movie and we dance to it all the time. I am 37 years-old and most of the songs are straight out of my youth. If we want to get up off our thangs and funk up with it we blast this cd. My one-year-old loves it too!

Muppets from Space has several cool tracks that take me back to when I was a kid in the late 70's when watching the Muppets every Saturday night was a ritual. The corny, yet endearing acts featuring Kermit the Frog, Ms. Piggy, Gonzo and a host of other funny characters and special guest stars was wholly entertaining. The same is true for the Muppets in Space movie and subsequent soundtrack. They carry of Jim Heson's comedic legacy with funky tunes that drive home the cool and laid back Muppet lifestyle. All true muppet fans of all ages will appreciate the album.

This soundtrack is completely unlike anything the Muppets have ever done before, and it's absolutely perfect. It'll have you dancing in your seat (and after all, what better way is there to enjoy a Muppet movie than to pretend you're six years old again and don't care what the people around you think?). If you see one movie this summer, see Star Wars. If you see two movies, see Muppets from Space. (Wait, where have I heard that before?)

Containing all your favorite songs from the 70's, this CD is like nothing that I ever heard befoe. Plus, the movie is extremely funny, as well. It's something that only the Muppets could do!

This amazing CD is a perfect accompaniment to the fantastic movie. Pepe is hilarious with George Clinton singing "Flashlight" and the Alien Gonzos are irresistible in their version of "Celebration". This is the first time a Muppet movie has had music that was already written, and it really works. This is a must for any Muppet fan.
