I used this product. But, after awhile I got tired of taking so many vitamins. Instead I am using EFA from swanson health vitamins. They have a website. I take a hair, skin, and nails supplement, and two tbsp of EFA everyday. I would continue buying this, but it was to many pills and the price is crazy. You can go online and find better deals for supplements.

After 4 weeks of taking these supplements, I didn't notice any firmer skin neither an improvement in the appearance of my stretch marks, but my hair look better. I think this is due to the fish oil supplement.
I'm very disappointment with this purchased, this box is supposed to have 28 packets and it brings only 27.

I really see results from this product, but you have to continuously use them to do so. Also the last two shipments I received in the mail had melted some of the vitamins, which I ended up sending back.

These supplements are wonderful. After 2 months I can really see a difference in my skin. A place on my neck that had been severely sunburned and gotten wrinkled over the years has almost vanished. Stretch marks on my stomach are disappearing. The skin on my hands looks much younger. I'll keep taking these supplements for sure!
