Sandy Dengler has an excellent job with her main character Jack Prester.
I have given her series to many people. And have read it several times. The woman Ev who works with Jack could not be more different. Ev is very city and has never been out of the Washington area. Jack grow up in the Park Service and has lived any places. Their first case is in Death Valley, can any place be more different than DC? Great friction between the two characters. Donna Lechak |
