Northern Virginia Bottleggers become involved in the case and cause a third murder.

About the Author

Anne Brooks Brauer spent many of her teenage summers in Washington DC with her Grandparents. Her uncles and many of her family were employed by the Government. Brauer worked quasi-public for the Federal Government as an appraiser with the Veterans Adminstration. Washington DC is a city of many faces and wonderful qualities. The old families continue to carry on their style of life and traditions, both black and white. Washingtonians are a group by themselves.Brauer has been writing fourteen years and now has five mysteries published.
