I bought this mower a month ago and still haven't been able to use it.

The mower was delivered on schedule but came with a front wheel angled out about 20 degrees. This product is one that Amazon will NOT accept return. Reason given was potential fire hazard. Apparently it did not matter that I never got as far as putting gas or oil in it.

I've had trouble getting a Murray dealer to honor the warranty on a machine I bought over the 'Net.

I got this lawn mower a month ago. Used it twice so far. It works well. Easy to use. Starts on one pull. Customer service is good. I am happy with it. The previous murray I had lasted 10 years without any services. Want to see how long this new one will last.
