It will enhance your various other training programs.

Should be tighter. (b) These are marked to track the preformance of a particular muscle group, not exercise.

If you have already a Bullworker, than you will not need the Muscle Gun necessarily.

I've read every word of the English chart twice, and still can't figure out how to use this thing. The "semi-circle" and "circle" references make absolutely no sense at all, and the arrows on the drawings only add to the confusion rather than make things clear. This thing is positively SCREAMING for a video demo of each exercise. I can't fathom how a $100 piece of exercise equipment utilizing such apparently complex movements could be lacking an instructional DVD. Don't waste your money on this thing, get a Bullworker (or clone). At least the chart makes sense.

I also use the traditional Bullworker and the Steel Bow and must say, the Muscle Gun is a different concept with a hapoon-rubber. It is equal, on my opinion. The resistance is growing the more you push or pull. The range of motion is the same as the Bullworker. If you have already a Bullworker, than you will not need the Muscle Gun necessarily. But if you still have not such thing, the Muscle-Gun is an Alternative to the Bullworker. It is a bit shorter and lighter. Good for travelling.

1. Product documentation states "Your muscle gun has 16 shots of cla capsules in the power tank".
No it doesn't.
2. Turning knobs to store information on previous exercises.
(a)
Some of these are too loose. They would move if lightly brushed against. Should be tighter.
(b)
These are marked to track the preformance of a particular muscle group, not exercise.

Example
The first turning knob is for the bicept.

There are at least 3 exercises which exercise the bicept. Which reading do I mark.

This makes things very confusing????

3. The exercise description says to train the 7 important muscle groups that shape your body best and bring it in form"

Most of the exercises train multiple muscle groups. I would need to be a fitness expert on the muscles in the body to work this out. This makes things too complicated for the beginner.

4. Exercises are awkward and complicated, sometimes causing back pain.

5. Exercises which push the end of the muscle gun into rhe thigh cause pain.

Summary
Muscle gun is difficult product to use, more so with the complicated exercises.
For an expensive item I expected good one.
Would not recommend to anyone, beginner or expert.
Do not buy...Waste of money...
