From the name of the book and the pictures on the cover you'd think this book is about Anabolic Steroids. Unfortunately this book only contains very brief profiles on the most common steroids with about 3 lines of text each. Besides the very short profiles no additional info on steroids and their use is provided.

The rest of this rather thin book is a collection of very brief, and to most bodybuilders probably useless, descriptions of common supplements such as creatine and l-carnitine.

Most of the references are to websites. Apart from the Internet being a questionable source of information to base a book about supplements and pharmaceuticals on, the majority of these websites do not even exist anymore.

Those looking for info on steroids should avoid this book as it contains no info that can not be found in any other steroids book or steroids website. This is definitely not a worthy sequal to Anabolic Primer.

These two authors have numerous books that are much more detailed and very specific. The strength of this book is the fact that it is too the point! It "suggests" what to take and how much. It will tell you the good, the bad, and the ugly of various compounds with again only a light over view. Great purchase for the price:-)

The book is not biased one way or another. Just gives out facts. Knowledge is power and it lets you know the right and wrong ways.

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY READING LIFE IVE FINALLY FOUND A BOOK THAT HOLDS BACK NOTHING AT ALL,IT IS STRAIGHT FOWARD AND TO THE POINT ABOUT ANY DRUG AVAILABLE.I WAS VERY PLEASED TO SEE THE SECTION ABOUT THE SIXTH THIS IS A VALUABLE PIECE OF INFO ESPECIALLY TO THE TEENS OUT THERE WHO THINK STEROIDS ARE A JOKE.I LIKED THE ARTICLES ON THE PROS AND WHAT SOME OF THEM ARE KNOWN TO HAVE TAKEN.IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT JUICE THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU,IT HAS CORRECT DOSAGES AND SIDE AFFECTS FOR ALL THE TOP ANABOLICS.THIS IS ALSO AN INTERESTING BOOK TO READ AND IT REALLY TAUGHT ME ALOT,THANX GUYS YOU HAVE MADE IT SO MUCH CLEARER!
