5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Creatine Supplement, Best Price
This is an excellent creatine formula and I have had huge gains since I started using it. I agree with other reviews who say to skip the loading phase, which is just too much to handle on your stomach. Definitely be sure to keep up with your water intake and actually work out while using this or you will just gain water weight.

so why should I fork out the money for cell tech when I can just buy some creatine powder and mix it up with a glass of water?

Amazon has the best price on this by far, but make sure to buy from reputable sellers. I went for a cheap one that did not come through and ended up dishing out big money at Vitamin Shoppe for it. While they're cheaper than GNC (never guy from them, they are a total rip and charge double what anyone else is charging), they're still much more than Amazon. Save yourself money and by the 7lb container.

I like the Blue Raspberry flavor best, but it's hard to find. Fruit Punch is what I usually buy and it's fine.

I agree with other people where it comes to the dosage. I went through 2 whole jars of this thing and 2 scoops a day is plenty. I tried the Raspberry and it tastes awful. I just got the fruit punch haven't tried it yet, I hope it tastes better.

2.0 out of 5 stars Too much liquid, February 4, 2010

During the loading phase, instructions call for you to mix it with 12 oz of water, and then drink another 8 oz of water, twice a day (right when you wake up and right after a workout.) These are also the times when I drink my protein shakes. That adds up to 36 oz of fluid in my stomach twice a day which feels terrible and also kills my appetite, making it hard to gain size. Also, the grape flavor tastes terrible. Next time I'll go back to regular plain old tasteless creatine monohydrate.

3.0 out of 5 stars how else does muscletech pay for all these full page adds?, December 1, 2009

so why should I fork out the money for cell tech when I can just buy some creatine powder and mix it up with a glass of water?

The main ingredients you should be concerned with here are Creatine, Glucose and Chromium Polynicotinate......

According to science Chromium Polynicotinate helps optimize the uptake of Creatine and to support the development of lean muscle mass, in other words if you mix creatine and Chromium Polynicotinate together, more creatine will be absorbed into the muscle , your muscles will then absorb more water thus looking bigger and stronger....

How much bigger though? well upto 7 pounds in 7 days, amazing right? Remember the key word here is "UP TO 7 Pounds in days" DO NOT FORGET UP TO

Seriously this product is way too expensive, I'd just stick to regular creatine powder.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product. The Results speak for theirself., October 19, 2009

I started taking this product on advice from a friend. I have only been taking this product for roughly a month and have noticed some results on both my weight, bench, and ab definition. I'm 6'4" and was 196 when started taking Cell Tech, roughly a month later I am now 209 pounds and notice a 15 pound increase on my bench from 255, now 270. I have also notice saw more definition than ever. Especially chest, bi/tri and shoulders. If you work out honestly then I see no reason why this product should not work for you. Its great.

2.0 out of 5 stars Tried it once. NEVER again., July 27, 2009
This review is from: Muscletech Celltech Pro 4.4lb fruit punch (Health and Beauty)
I wish I had my $33 back.

I thought I was mis-reading the directions. The serving quantity is HUGE- 2 of the included scoops. And it is so strong you are left with something that tastes like KoolAid made by a 7 year old left alone with the sugar jar. It is so strong it is sour. Not only that, but the 4.5 pounds bottle ONLY MAKES 20 SERVINGS. TWENTY! Does that tell you how high the dosage is?

I can't say that I'm noticing any better results than I had with EAS. Doesn't matter though - at $33 a jug for only 20 servings, the cost is beyond logical.

Never again. Going back to EAS.

(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Muscletech Celltech Pro 4.4lb fruit punch (Health and Beauty)
I don't know what everyone is smoking when they say it tastes horrible. I got the fruit punch, and it tastes just like crystal light fruit punch. I have no problem adding it to a 16.9oz bottle of water in the morning just before leaving for work and enjoying it all the way to work. I do notice I have to pee a lot more, and it's clear instead of yellow-tinge. It does upset my stomach a little, but worth it for the gains I'm sure. I started taking creatine 9 years ago, and loved the results, can only imagine what this product is capable of and will update when I start to see real results! =) DEFINITELY worth trying fellas.

-=UPDATE=-

7/15 - Yep, definitely makes a difference. Does make you piss like a racehorse, and tears up your stomach a bit if you follow the directions during the loading stage (which I'm honestly not sure if I believe since your body only absorbs a certain amount of creatine). I noticed the biggest difference in my chest and bicepts since I usually work those the most. Stuff tastes great to me, and will continue to use it! I've gained 6lbs since beginning to use celltech.
