Here's the deal. This product does work well when on a proper diet and workout/lifting routine. And hey, some individuals bodies tend to work differently than others and may have a totally different outcome so don't trash MuscleTech and their products because they didn't work for you (plus, you probably weren't training as efficiently and eating as well as you should have been). As for me, I was taking the entire stack of : Creakic, Leukic, and Gakic and could tell you my overall physique and strength shot through the roof in a matter of a week or two. I started taking the stack at about 160-165 lbs. and after only two weeks - shot to weighing at around 178 lbs. (give or take a few due to water intake) - not to mention I was on a proper diet and lifting religiously while taking a high protein shake. I noticed big gains in strength at the beginning of my workouts (I could feel an adrenaline-like feeling through my body as I lifted 20% more weight) and I also wouldn't get as fatigued as quickly (could seem as if I could continue lifting forever). My gains were big in my arms and chest. I started doing four sets of 6 repetitions with my last set of 4 (6-6-6-4) on bench press at about 185 lbs. at the beginning with a max bench of 215 - 225 lbs. After the two week period, my gains in bench went to a max of 275 lbs. I would say that's a pretty great gain.

*Note: Do be sure to take in plenty of water throughout the day.

Overall - this product was a great success for myself and I received many compliments about my size and how fit I looked. For me - I would recommend this stack to anybody looking to put on a little size and gain that muscle mass they've been missing. I'm not rating this as a five star - mainly because there's always room for improvement. It's a pretty pricey stack, but that's what we pay for looking good right ? And buy from Amazon, best prices around. I hope this review helped settle your worries.

This product does work! If your diet is right and you take as directed it does help a lot! It gives you more explosion in your workouts and cuts recovery time! And I have Never seen this product advertised as a powder! But i have used this product and it works great! At least it does for me. Nothing is going to be a miracle pill. You have to have a good diet for supplements to really work. Thats why they are called Supplements. They are intended to supplement your diet. Anyway...eat right, supplement right, and train hard! arrived without problems, the packaging was not very big so that the payment did when I was a minimum, the pills are rather large but worth it, definitely go back and buy from Amazon.com ASUNCION, PARAGUAY that costs a lot more expensive , almost double.

I first tried the original version of Creakic on my first deployment in 2008 and was very satisfied with the results. So when i heard i was deploying again, i went ahead and ordered this new version. I have been taking it for a month now and notice the exact same results i did with the older version. But the point is that it DOES provide results. My biceps have gone from 14" to 17" in 1 month. If that isn't proof enough, i don't know what is.

My husband get these for working out all the time. They give good results. Sort of like a must have.

I have been taking this product for approx. 4 weeks. My first 2 weeks I noticed really impressive pumps. So much so, in fact, that I actually created a few stretch marks around my pectorals. I found that this effect quickly fades, and my body entered a stasis point where i retained some water weight all over- luckily allowing the before mentioned marks to fade. After this, I was still able to achieve larger pumps than without Creakic, and I found that my recovery time was slightly improved. However, I get the same effect from all of the preworkout mixes I've tried with NO3.

In my opinion, this product is impressive out of the gate, but lacks the legs for the long-haul. I can get the same recovery effects from other supplements in my regiment at a lesser price, and the initial pump increase doesn't stay and was almost disfiguring in my case. I doubt that I will purchase this again after I finish my current cycle of heavy lifting.

Ive been bodybuilding for nearly 10 years, and after recently trying our Muscletechs Creakic Hardcore, Ive come to the conclusion its best to stick with what you know. Not only were my results weak, but the amount of this product you actually need to take per day is just too much. For an adult of my weight, 6 horse-pill like tablets is required! No thanks, Im a much bigger fan of other products. I gave this product two stars, solely because I do use other MT products and am happy with those

I AM GOING TO DO SOMETHING A LITLE DIFFERENT. I HAVE READ SOME OF THE REVIEWS OF THOSE WHO HAVE TAKEN THE LEUKIC, CREAKIC AND GAKIC STACK AND I BELIEVE THOSE WHO HAVE USED THE PRODUCT AS DIRECTED GOT THE BEST RESULTS. I AM GOING TO GO OUT ON A LIMB AND PREDICT THAT MY RESULTS WILL BE SO GOOD AS I FAITHFULLY TAKE THIS STACK THAT PEOPLE WILL COME UP TO ME AND ASK WHAT I AM TAKING. I AM ALMOST POSITIVE OF THIS AND I WILL PUBLISH THE RESULTS WHEN THEY HAPPEN.

This product is horrible. Did absolultely nothing for me! I will never buy it again. Expensive too! Last time I buy anything by MuscleTech. Pills are helluh sugar coated, to make you like them. DO NOT BUY

i took it for about a week and got dizzy every day from it. and i only took half the amount. because they want you to take so much of it a day. its enough to drop a horse. crappy don't buy it!
