If you are pursuing certification in STOTT Pilates, you must buy these flash cards. The muscle images on the written exam are directly from this pack. Even if you know your muscles, you need to know how they are depicted in these flash cards so you can instantly recognize them on the test. For instance, the deltoids are shown from a superior view. This can look totally foreign if you are not used to this view.
