This book is perfect for any author regardless of how "happy" their muse might be. I read this book when I was in a total slump, my muse seemed to have gone on winter vacation and I was struggling with almost every aspect of my writing.

Not only did "Muse Food" give lots of helpful tips on how to get your creativity flowing again (I won't list them, there are too many!!) But it also helped to break down WHY your muse acts the way it does. Are you a plotter or a pantser, what hormones rule your brain and therefore affect your creativity/muse.

I loved the worksheets at the back, and I am excited to share this book and recommend it to my writers group. I think it has the keys that all authors need to keep things flowing and not burn out our most important tool, our muse.

Thank you ladies, I can't tell you how much this book was appreciated and needed at the time I read it.

excellent book, got me started in the write direction and pointed out why i couldn't use the tools that everyone else used.
it turns out that i need to write w/o pants.
and it works. if you can't seem to get a manuscript finished, get this book.
