This book has been the best companion I have had in the kitchen since I started to enjoy wild mushrooms. It is comprehensive and has a wide variety of recipes. I would suggest this as a must for your kitchen if you are looking for a cookbook with a wide range of recipes for all different types of wild mushrooms.
