Got this for a good price compared to other places, $60. The product was a direct replacement or my costco purchased Sureheat Tuscany grill SGR30MLP. Shipped within a day or two and got it within a week. Have to say that I expected more from the grill then having to replace the burnt out burners after only two years. Won't recommend the grill. Hope these last a bit longer. The flavor bars are just as bad and will need to be replaced.

To replace the burners you have to take off the front inside housing because the burners are placed underneath it, which could be difficult because the six or so screws are probably corroded, like the old burners. Use a socket not a screw driver. The burner comes with the two replacement electrodes for the starter and you have to put them on the burners themselves, but that is rather simple. You will need to take a piece off your old burner, the deflector plate, to put on the new one. Good luck on those screws also. When I was done, fired it up and receive a new blue flame for my troubles.

I was surprised to find a replacement for my Costco Tuscany (Sureheat) grill SGR30MLP. I live in SoCal and I got it THE NEXT DAY with the free super shipping. It's a direct replacement to the easily corroded steel burners. Stainless steel grills have skyrocketed and I am now taking better care of this grill so it will not rust anymore. I called Sure heat and ordered a new cover for it. DO NOT put the cover on the BBQ useless it's 100% cooled down or it will shrink and begin to crack.

STOP BY THE HARDWARE/MARINE SUPPLY STORE AND PURCHASE self taping stainless steel screws to remount the burner back into the grill and to other burner parts. The supplied screws WILL NOT attach to other parts unless you use a drill with hex head attachment and a lotta pressure.

The burners attach only at the back of the grill. It is not necessary to remove any sheet metal at the front of the grill as the burners simply slide in and out at the front.

David Stantana (Burlingame, CA) makes replacement stainless steel flavor grids for $20 ea. His eBay link is above. Includes the grid that is shaped differently next to the IR burner. You will never have to replace you're flavor grids again!!! I would not of kept my grill if it was not for his replacement grids that are the weak point of this grill. Gotta keep this grill covered or the base will rust really fast.

Bought this to fix grill that's burners decayed. Received what looks like correct burners but self-tapping screws that attached included igniters are too fragile to tap steel of pre-drilled holes on burner structure. Unit did not include igniter shield that is required to protect igniters from drippings of cooking area. The shield would be required for almost all such replacements. Poorly thought out and executed product.

After a few years of use, The burners in my Tascany grill have completely burned out. I decided to replace the burners instead of replacing the entire grill as the other part of the grill still is in good shape. The installation was somewhat combersome as you need to take out many old screws but still doable with some help from the manufacturer. The replacemetn burner works out well but other structure of the grill that is under direct flame may not last that much longer.

This was a exact fit to my Tuscany Grill. Awesome service.
It would be great if they carried the 3 burner Z Bar but I got that part from the manufacturer

I received this product very quickly at a much needed time. After researching other options this was the quickest to get me the product by my 4th of July BBQ and the most cost effective by $27.00. Could this be to good to be true??? I had this inkling of a thought that the part was probably going be a pain to install or something was going to be left out of the package. That was not the case!! Shame on me for being so pessimistic! Everything that was needed for a seamless install was there in the box and I was able to be grilln in 20 minutes. (8 minutes for install and 12 minutes to clean the grime off grille pieces that hadn't been cleaned in a couple years) A couple tips on install= the screw heads fit perfect on cordless drill to save wrenching time and the stuff is tough metal so drill pilot holes if needed to get the screws to go through. I had to drill a couple on mine as my old screws that held the old striker cover on were all rusted out. Looking to extend my grille's life by several more years now with this new pretty blue flame that I haven't seen in about a year. Thank you!!!!!

Thanks for the feedback on the stainless steel burner replacement. Since we paid $400 for this grill in 2007 it's been right on our budget. We bought this from Costco as: Tuscany SGR30M aka: Tuscany SGR30MLP. It's made by sureheat in GA. I did reach them today (800-229-5647) and discovered I almost purchased the wrong parts since I did not look at the model on the BBQ door. After 20 min of hold time I didcovered they still make replacement parts but did not order them. They also took down the website for BBQ's since they only make parts now.

This is the Cheapest buy for a stainless steel replacement burner. I found replacement "flavor grids" in stainless at an eBay site for $20!! @[...]

The only part I can not find yet is the stainless "flavor grid" next to the infrared burner on the far right (inside the grill). It has a different shape than the two on the left. There are 3 total. Stainless grills are crazy expensive right now. Glad to find better than new quality replacement parts. If you do have to order new parts from the Mfg'r Costco said they will order them for you if you bring the Exect Store Mgr your order sheet and payment. The MFG'r does not charge Costco shipping since it will ship on their truck. These grills are no longer made. order parts while their still available.

Received the burner replacement in just a few days, installed it and back to bbq! The item was packaged very well and the price was good. Good product and fast delivery.
