This album has many versions of this beloved song which are performed by many different artists. The song is sung in English as well as at least one Native American language, there are instrumental only versions as well. Some versions have six verses and others are shorter. A must have for people that love this classic hymn.

I feel amazed as I listen to this album. When I ran across this in the store today, I knew this was something soothing. My soul feels a bit transported as I listen to it, but maybe it's just the night. Regardless, light a candle and pour a glass of wine if you will, and just listen. It's wonderfully peaceful.

It forever astounds me when listening to this beautiful piece of music the amount of times, when performed, how so many seem to not include the full transcript of this piece;I was on the hunt for the 'real thing'.I stumbled over this CD and found one piece to cater for this dilemma.A truly beautiful collection of pieces on Amazing Grace.If your a lover of this brilliant hymn, I highly recommend it, cheers!
