Great tales of gospel music history!
This is one book that I have read over and over. Bob Terrell is a great story teller, and these tales of quartet history are wonderful. Mr.Terrell has interviewed the legends of gospel music and had done a marvelous job of weaving their tales into a very readable book. Book is ok. Just haven't gotten around to reading much of it. Lots of good stories in it about Southern Gospel music.

This is one book that I have read over and over. Bob Terrell is a great story teller, and these tales of quartet history are wonderful.Mr.Terrell has interviewed the legends of gospel music and had done a marvelous job of weaving their tales into a very readable book. The book will make you laugh, cry, and wonder how these folks made it from day to day. Most of the information is accurate, although there are a few details that aren't quite correct. The book has been out of print for several years, and I am glad to see that it is once again available.
