Music Nomad Cymbal Polish is great. I don't normally polish my cymbals but after years of use they were loaded with discoloration and finger prints. Just a small amount of the polish made them shine like they were brand new. I have a few cymbals ready for the resale market and I plan to give them a good cleaning to enhance their value. Also, I cleaned right over the logos and there was no problem.

This is excellent polish, but beware of two things:

(1) Even if your cymbals look relatively clean when you get ready to polish them, this polish will turn your towel or cloth black with tarnish that you didn't even know you had. Just don't think you'll sit down and do a quick wipe and clean. It's hard to explain, but basically, things will get and look worse before they get better when you polish with this stuff.

(2) Use of this polish with a firm rub will fade or take off the labels on the cymbals. I don't mind as I prefer the look of clean and polished brass or bronze to painted logos or text, but if it's important to you that people know what brand of cymbals you're playing, go easy on the rub.

This bottle is an excellent value. I have no idea how long it will last, but I predict years!

This product works well and contains no harsh chemicals, which people need to think about for their own and the planet's health. It is also easier to use than most other cymbal cleaners. Most other cleaners you need to finish by rinsing with water....who really wants to drag their cymbals to the bathtub or outside to the garden hose? I like Buckaroo pads-but again the chemicals-not good to breathe and not.really good for the life of your cymbals. Yes you do need to buff a little-(not much)- but that is a bit better for your cymbal finish than the chemicals, is normal with anything that you have to shine? Besides-it will help tone your arm muscles.for playing....

I've played drums for over 25 years and I've seen many cymbal cleaners come and go. Without question this is the best product on the market! You can put a pea sized drop on a cloth and it cleans a good portion of a 16" crash. There's a little work to it but what a shine it leaves on your prized cymbals. As long as they make it this will be my cymbal cleaner of choice,

I used it on an A Custom 16 inch crash cymbal. What can I say I saw it come to life again. Great polish!

I always purchased Groove Juice and decided to go with something different. I had to use the whole bottle for 3 cymbals. Not a great way to start, You have to use this product correctly or else it will not work. I had to use ALOT of "elbow grease" in order to get my cymbals clean. The only best thing about this product is that it offers a guarantee, which read; "If you dont like our product let us know and we will buy it back for 100%of your pruchase price. NO hard feelings". I didnt go with this route only because I know it will take 6-8 weeks for the refund. This is a lost cause for me.

I was hoping for more of a magic bullet, but this works with about the same ease as any metal polish. My cymbals, A. Zs in this case, weren't very old and it still took a lot of elbow grease. Maybe a power polisher?

I'm a professional (studio & live) drummer. I purchased a GMS kit which included 15+ cymbals of various brands. All cymbals had some green corrosion spots, many fingerprints, dust and dirt. While this polish removed the dust and dirt (as would water and soap, which is practically free), it did little to nothing on fingerprints and tarnish. On a plus side, it smelled pretty.

The cymbal cleaner took the emblems off of my cymbal quickly, and the tarnish never came off. Now I just have a cymbal that's a tarnished black tint from the logo paint spreading. Even after I washed the cymbals in warm water with soap the black paint would not come off of the cymbal. Not the worst polish I've used, but certainly not the best...

This product does exactly what it's made to do; and that is: bring back the beautiful shine of old cymbals. I have six cymbals; a combo of Zildjan, and Sabian, plus two Zildjan hi-hat. I haven't cleaned them in over three years. In about 30 minutes the bright sheen was back on the cymbals and hi hats. Great product for a good price. Only one cymbal lost a little of the product name; the other cymbals still show the Zildjan or Sabian logo.
