My father and grandmother died this year. My father left me and my brother the family business, my girlfriend ran off with another guy, AND my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer. Can we say STRESSED?! This CD collection brought tranquility back to my nights. Four hours of music, uploaded on to an Ipod, set to repeat once equates to a full night of restful sleep. I don't know if it's real or psychosomatic, but it works for me.
